I'm going to get this from having a Oneplus 7t. I wanted a smaller phone before the 7t but it was on sale so I choose the 7t. Now in covid days it's hard to communicate with my friends who all have iphones so I'm getting the mini PLUS I love the design it reminds me of my 5s that I loved so much. The mini is so perfect for me right now.

The iPhone mini is perfect and as for the battery mine lasts all day and I watch a ton of YouTube and on my work breaks a play the odd game

I got my wife a iPhone12 mini 256gb. She's very happy with it. Im more of a Samsung note user. Overall the iPhone 12 mini is a solid phone.

This is the reason I got the Xs vs the Xs Max. The Xs fits perfectly in my hand. The Xs Max was too big for me and I was so clumsy with it.

I’ve been missing the 5 style body since the last rendition I had. (which was the first SE). I love the boxier design and it’s such an ode to their older designs. I love it! Going to be buying one soon.

iPhone 5 / SE had the best, most ergonomic size ever!

I have a 4s and the original SE. I’m going to get the 12 mini next. I like that I can fit those phones comfortably in my pockets.
I use my iPad Air 4 for watching videos so I don’t need a big phone screen for that.
For me it was always going to be between the 2020 SE or the 12 mini.

I own a pixel 4a it’s pretty small but as soon as I saw the 12 mini in person I bought it instantly because it was almost like getting my OG SE back. I only use my phone for spur of the moment web searches, brilliant, calls and texts, and a small game here and there, that’s it. My battery on the 12 mini is as good as my pixel 4a. I go to sleep with 60% on my phone and charge it on the way to work. It has been a multi day phone for me sometimes.

I completely agree with Liz! Phones are just too damn big nowadays. My iphone 5s was really the perfect size for me tbh. Recently moved over to Samsung because apple and iPhones were pissing me off for numerous reasons... lol. So I decided to get a Samsung A71... I mean what on earth was I thinking, brilliant phone but it is effing massive. Like MASSIVE. I just am not that bothered about my phone to warrant having one this big. I must've really been up for boarding the iPhone hater train to make that decision! Will definitely be purchasing the mini in a year or so when it is a little cheaper...

Actually the reason people hold onto their old iPhones is because they don’t want to pay a grand for a new phone every year or 2

I’m probably going to have to get one of these in the next few days. I accidentally dropped my iPhone SE in the sink while washing baby bottles. I’ve been holding out on newer phones because I preferred the iPhone 5/5S/SE size. I’m glad they made this new phone because it’s getting more difficult to use this SE with each update. iOS 14 is great at draining my battery life.

Once the phones grew past a certain size, they lost something very valuable...fast handling and portability. Isn’t that the fundamental attribute of a “mobile” phone? These days I stand a better chance of palming a basketball than an Ubermax XT9000 SmartPhone.
